This sniper rifle is a 90 RPM weapon with 4 in the magazine. The recoil pattern is 79 which tends to the right. The roll will increase the magazine size and grants bonus damage with precision hits. Barrel
Full Bore increases range by 13 for a total of 69(Noice). It decreases stability by 9 for a total of 45. It decreases handling by 4 for a total of 46.
Magazine
Alloy Magazine. Faster reloads when the magazine is empty.
Perk 1
Overflow. Picking up Special or Heavy ammo reloads this weapon to beyond normal capacity.
Perk 2
Focused Fury. Dealing half of the magazine as precision damage grants this weapon bonus damage for an improved duration. The shot count is reset whenever the weapon is reloaded or stowed.
Mod and Masterwork
Backup Mag mod increases magazine size. Handling masterwork increases the handling by 9 for a total of 55.
Now you know the roll for Thoughtless for PVE. You can get this weapon by completing the new Season of the Risen activity PsiOps Battle grounds. You do need to be 1500 light level which is a high light level for a seasonal activity, but I managed to complete the activity below 1400. It just took some time.
