Let’s take a look at the Legendary Arc Power weapon Seventh Seraph SAW introduced in Season of the Worthy. This, by far, is the best Seventh Seraph weapon due to the perks it can roll with. This roll is for a team setting activity like Menagerie, Strikes, and even Raids. Machine Guns in Destiny are usually meant to clear groups of enemies that range from red and yellow bar enemies. The Seventh Seraph SAW is great for Boss Enemies if you do not have Xenophage or would rather use another exotic weapon. Here is the God Roll for the Seventh Seraph SAW.
Barrel
Smallbore, a great barrel to add good stats. It adds +6 to range and stability making range 72 and stability 36.
Magazine
Flared Magwell is probably one of my favorite magazines. It adds +4 to stability and +13 to reload speed making stability 41 and reload speed 51.
Perk 1
Clown Cartridge. Reloading this weapon randomly overfills it from reserves. The base magazine if 43 so this can add more ammo when you reload the weapon extending the damage.
Perk 2
Firing Line. This weapon deals increased precision damage when near two or more allies. This perk is where the team base activity comes from. I believe it increases the damage by 25% when proc. If you are a solo player this will not help you so I would suggest another roll or a weapon like 21% Delirium or A Fine Memorial if you need it to be arc base.
Mod and Masterwork
Stability masterwork to make those precision shots since Firing Line procs on precision hits. Boss Spec adds 7.8% extra damage during the boss damage phase.
